I know this isn't about PHP, but its related and didn't see another place to post it.

I am setting up a new server dedicated to running MySQL. I am wondering if its worth while to install the 64bit version of Windows server and the 64bit version of MySQL.

Will the 64 bit version perform better?

Is there any potential problems running MySQL on 64bit?

Any problems transfering database files from an existing 32bit database to 64bit?

I don't see any reason it wouldn't be better to use MySQL in 64 bit, but it's really a question you need to ask in a MySQL support forum.
