What error in the browser do you see? Generally when you dcpromo a server, since this is a domain controller permissions are different. I would verify your application pool identity has permissions to the content folder. Run filemon / regmon from Sysinternals
to see what permissions are being denied. If you don't see anything in either tool, then it's something probably related to WMI or local security policy issues.

The error in the brower was service unavailable.
By running regmon the network service dont have permissions to W3SVC Parameters.
Now the service has permissions. And we lost in the DCOM settings the Authenticates Users.
If we now try to get access we get a window "Connect to Servername". When i put in my Domain User Name and Password i get access to the website.
If i change the User IUSR_Servername at IIS, Directory Security Authentication and access control for anonymous access to the domain adminstrator Account, i get directly access to the website. But i dont want run anonymous access with domain admin rights.
How can i change this and what must i do for enough permissions to the IUSR_Servername.
