This has nothing to do with your IIS then ...

Kindly see this link http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?id=823552
Where in it clearly states that the cause of getting this error is due to
The application pool account is not a member of both the IIS_WPG group and the STS_WPG group on the server.
I tried the resolution given my microsoft support but I am not add the IIS_WPG group in my IIS that is the reason i started this thread for the experts in IIS to give me a solution.
Hope I can get a solution here

OK then ... just so I'm understanding you, you're saying that you're running "www.tagged.com" on your IIS server and it's a SharePoint 2.0 site?
That's what the article clearly is for, how to fix your IIS SharePoint site that responds with "Service Unavailable" ...
(the article and your quote of it also clearly mention IIS6, and not IIS 5.1 as in your subject and original post)

OK, now I'm confused ... the system requirements for SharePoint 2.0 include Windows Server 2003 and IIS 6, you can't run WSS on WXP/IIS5.1 ... How is it that you're running SharePoint on your IIS 5.1 machine?
To set up and use Windows SharePoint Services 2.0 with Windows Server 2003, you must have the following:
One of the following operating systems:
A Web application server with the following components:

I think you are confusing yourself where in i have mentioned that I am using share point 2.0.
I said when ever i am browsing a website which is using share point 2.0 I am getting this error of ' Service Unavailable'

In that case I am not confused at all. Your IIS has nothing to do with these external SharePoint sites, as I tried to point out to you in my second post. The original MSKB article you cite will not help you, it is intended for the owner/administrator of
the SharePoint site you are having trouble with The owner of the SharePoint site has to fix the problem on their server (and not on your IIS) and for you as a browser there's nothing that you yourself can do.
