I have two sites running on IIS 6.0 server that I just built. One site works fine internally and externally, and one only works externally. These are seperate domains. The correct working domain site is rooted in Inetpub/WWWRoot. The other is in Inetpub/Folder.
Does anyone have any idea what may be causing this? Am I looking at a DNS Lookup Zone error?

What does "not working" mean? What happens exactly?

It's like the domain doesn't exist. It takes me to google results page, and shows me the search results and lists the domain there. If I click the link on google, I get this:
This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including:
For offline users
You can still view subscribed feeds and some recently viewed webpages.
To view subscribed feeds
To view recently visited webpages (might not work on all pages)
If I'm outside the network, none of these issues occure.

<type in the name of your site>
does it resolve? If it does resolve is it to your server IP.

It is resolving to the same address as the domain that is working, but it's the address of the DSN server, not the webserver. I'm still lost as to what I need to edit, and where it is. Is the DSN on the webserver incorrect or the DSN on the DNS server?

Just getting to the site it should be the DNS server for your internal infrastructure.
As a more basic test edit your local machine host file to include the domain name/ip of the webserver . You can test this without any dns server.
