I'm managing an IIS server on Win2k server and I'm seeing the following lines in my IIS log and am not sure what they mean. sc-status = 500 Internal Server Error but it has a sc-win32-status of 0 which means successful. Anyone have any idea
on on why I would get a 500 error but it be a success?
Here is a copy of whatt I'm seeing.
2008-04-02 06:18:31 10.144.27.20 - W3SVC1 BB-C1Server-A1 10.14.144.144 11118 POST /App/RemoteDataLayer.rem -
500 0 2297 3863 0 HTTP/1.1 c1app.pcsg.net:11118 Mozilla/4.0+(compatible;+MSIE+6.0;+Windows+5.0.2195.0;+MS+.NET+Remoting;+MS+.NET+CLR+1.1.4322.2032+) - -
Should I be concerned by these status's?

The sc-win32-status doesn't indicate anything at the application level, so the two result codes really aren't related A result of 0 just means the network communications completed correctly, ACK was received, etc.
