My environment is Win2003 SP2.
Can you help me?

I would review your log files to see what pages are executing around the crash and just before. This can be a good first start. Does this happen regularly? Is there any patterns? Has it just started? Review your event logs to see if anything stands
out besides the event log message. I would monitor your server closer to detect the error and run tools like IISDiag or IISState to see if anything stands out. Hope this helps.

To add to that when you look in the logs at the time find and find the page (you will see http error status codes) that seemed to cause the crash try and isolated that website / app to its own app pool. At least then all the others apps in the pool will
not be brought down with it.
If it is multiple times then compare the times in the logs with the error times to con firm it is that offending page. Look at this is more detail and get the dev to debug that page.
