1st uncheck "Show HTTP friendly errors" in IE and close IE and then browse the page again.
It will show exact error message. Please post that error message here..
BTW, what page you are trying to browse? ASP? What's written inside it?

A stopped Application Pool can generate HTTP 500 Internal Server Error. Make sure your app pools are running.

Thank you guys very much for your helps. I checked the application pool and it run ok and to make sure it works well I restart it. But it did no help.
I unchecked the "Show HTTP friendly errors" in IE, close it and browse it again. it show the only one line error message: "500 Internal Server Error ".
I tried both asp and aspx files under this website. and there is only the Response.write code in the files. Both are the same error.
Any further help will be appreciative.

Mmm.. you should get more detail. make sure no .asa or asax is firing up. try a simple hello.asp if same, check if you got more clue in event viewer log.
