    Hi guys,

I install FastCGI (I think --- not sure how to test it), I am new to IIS, can anyone explain to me how to run .exe files trough FastCGI on IIS server?

meaning I want to write http://localhost/helloworld.exe and the result will be Hello world which the exe produced.

    Tx,

Well, you'll have to configure IIS to handle executables and you'll have to point *.exe to the FastCGI module.

Some instructions on how to configure IIS to handle executables can be found on the CGI page:

    http://www.iis.net/articles/view.aspx/IIS7/Hosting-Web-Applications/PHP/Using-FastCGI-to-host-PHP-applications-on-IIS7?Page=2

     Hope this helps!

Also, remember that to be used as fastcgi, the executable has to implement the fastcgi protocol - you cannot just take a CGI executable and use it as a fastcgi.
