I have IIS 6 acting as a web server. On some pages application pool dies and we get page not found errors.
IIS has ISAPI plugins to handle J2EE application exentsions and SSO functionality is provided by SUN Access Manager Plugin.
Ran Debug Diagnostic Tool by analysing debug dump and got the following. Cannot figure much from dump. Any Ideas?:
Call stack with StackWalk

Have you solved the problem?
The stack trace doesn't contain the information which module causes the problem. Based on all of the information provided, it is likely the J2EE application extensions cause the crash.
Based on my understanding, you can try a couple of things if no other ISAPI extension is extensively used on the same server:
1. Check whether the ISAPI extension needs some configuration and see if a clean configuration works.
2. Try reinstalling your extension.
3. Since the ISAPI extension requires SSO functionality. This is another place likely causes the problem.
However, this kind of issue usually needs in-depth troubleshooting procedures. If the previous is not able to solve your issue please contact the extension vendor for further assistance.

The problem still exists. I am trying to upgrade one of the ISAPI plugins to see if that helps.
Reinstalling won't help since this problem is reproducible in multiple test setups each installed individually.
The ISAPI plugin helping in SSO (Sun Plugin) is that one i am going to upgrade to start with. If still it is happening maybe i will remove that completely (just for testing purposes) to isolate the problem.
Will post my findings.
