IIS 5 & IIS 6
Corrupt HTTP Headers

I have just purchased a new 64-bit server and installed Windows 2003 R2 64-bit edition on it. However, when I host a site from it it is intermittently serving pages (inc. images) with corrupt headers. Below is an example:
HTTP5.1 200 OK Date: Mon, 20 Aug 2007 17:29:05 GMT Server: Microsoft-IIS/6.0
These appear in the page as if it was part of the HTML. Also, it is very difficult to reproduce, it doesn't happen very often, but mostly stops the images from appearing, yet, if you refresh the page everything will likely come through fine. It is probably
1 in every 30 files requested or something like that.
I am thinking of re-installing IIS but I was hoping someone might have seen something like this before?
I have a frigged 64 bit PHP installed (working through ISAPI) which does seem to work, I might try disabling it and see what happens but I think the problem was occurring before I installed it.
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide me.
