Bit of a strange problem this one. A fairly vanilla install of Windows 2003 SBS, and the users are trying to use Outlook Web Access.
When they access the URL https://servername/exchange/ they get the username and password screen, log in, and they get a 404 error "The page cannot be found". However this works no probs for the administrator and one other standard user. As far as I can
tell all the users AD settings are correct.
None of the Tech articles I've found have fixed the problem, but I have found a workaround. If they enter the URL in this following format it all works fine:
They can then enter their credentials and it all starts to work as normal.
Any ideas what's happening here guys? It would be great to just have the users use the normal URL if at all possible.
Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions!

Is this related?

Hi, thanks for your response :)
Seems as though that article isn't relevant, just because I already have 2003 Server SP2 and Exchange 6.5 SP2 installed.
Any other ideas?

Here is another KB I found:
Although this KB is for OWA 5.5, it shows that the default page should allow anonymous access. The problem looks like a permission issue to me, please check if the steps in Exchange Virtual Directory Configuration section of this article applies.
