    Hii All 

     when i start the web browser, it shoots this w3wp.exe process to 100%

    I am getting the following Warning below and website is getting crash

    Can you see the managed pipeline mode of your apppool? Are you running in integrated mode or classic mode? Run "appcmd list apppool" to list apppool information and "appcmd list app" to list applications. If your app is running in an apppool with MgdMode integrated, can you try running it in "Classic" mode. Use "appcmd set apppool "DefaultAppPool" /managedPipelineMode:Classic" to set managedPipelineMode of DefaultAppPool to Classic.

    If you still see this error, is it possible to give a more detailed stack trace?

    I just noticed that you posted under IIS5, IIS6, so the information above is not valid. Is it possible for you to provide full stack trace?
