    I would look to see what is the real values of the actual ConcurrentCalls, ConcurrentInstances, ConcurrentSessions, etc is. I presume Pref Mon with tel you these. Maybe others as well.

    Then you can see if you are maxed out any of these.

    Also look at how long each of these requests is taking? Are you expecting them to be very quick? Is it the database call that is slow? Maybe that is the bottleneck.

    There can be a multitude of reasons that things are queued I have the db slow to respond. Things queued. 3rd party services slow (IP lookup, etc). Things slow. Requests that call our own sites but rather than local network we're going to the Internet and back in again. Things queued.

    It is important to fully understand your setup. Network, database, code, etc.
