    Hi VaniDuttBangalore,

When you input for example http://www.mysite.com. Your client will ask DNS to resolve www.mysite.com to IP address. Then client will send request to remote server based on the ip address.

When request reach IIS,  system http.sys feature will handle it and deliver request based on its hostname and ip address.

So IIS don't handle dynamic IP address directly.  If you don't want IIS being restricted by certain IP address, you could just leave IIS binding to domain name and all unassigned IP.  Then IIS should update IP address dynamically.

You just have to ensure your domain is always pointing to the correct IP address and that record is not being cached on your client. Otherwise, Web browser  would keep resolve domain to the old IP address.

    Best Regards,
