    Hi email2saga,

    The first thing we need to do is collect and analyze dump file. We need to check what method are the request stuck on. You could find the thread number of not cleared request and check their call stack. If it is hang up in managed code, then you may have to ask developer to check your code. 

    However, if the application get stuck in Microsoft official API or native code, then it is recommended to open a support ticket to Microsoft support. It would probably be a compatibility issue. 

    This is the best way to figure out the root cause.
