    Firstly I would say that the it is likely an restriction/issue with the network you are connecting from. I would contact your network on site (is it part of wewrok?)

    It is unlikely you have any restrictions in place to stop people accessing your IP. I can hit that IP address ( admittedly there is a an ssl warning when connecting via IP as expected )

    Maybe they have restrictions on their network like https traffic needs to have a valid SSL cert or something or maybe they don't allow direct IP connecting. Does https://remote.ngukltd.com/ work from that office?

    Anyway it is likely down to that office to sort there networking out.
