    Hi, maybe it's late for you but I got following information for my svchost.exe in STOP_PENDING state.

    Following information relates to Windows 2008 Server R2 after applying July 2018 patches (no patch was uninstalled yet or no newly prepared fix was installed yet).

    Running "sc" with "queryex":
