Seeing that any time IISRESET is issued on a Windows 2008 R2 server after applying the following security updates (see list below) the W3SVC (World Wide Web Publishing Service) gets stuck in a stopping status. Have seen other services also get into this
stuck status, but predominantly W3SVC. Cannot kill the process; have to reboot to correct until next IISRESET occurs. :-(
Anyone know which KB this is tied to and if there is any update on a fix?
