    Windows Vista Release Candidate (RC) 1 is out the door with a fresh new build of IIS7.  This is an exciting time for the IIS team as we draw near the full release in just a few short months.  Based on your feedback, we spent months, days, and hours refining the bits.  Bill Staples, the IIS team's Product Unit Manager (PUM), took some time to reflect on his team's experience delivering RC1.
