I have deployed Django on an IIS Windows Server 2019. When I submit the form, the python needs more than 40 seconds for the backend process, in which I'm doing some techniques, but after 40 seconds, the IIS server responds with an error of 500 but the same thing is doing good on development server. One thing more is that when the server responds with error, I noticed that the backend process is still running, but I show Error 500 on the frontend view. Kindly help me with that. How can I increase this loading time of IIS?</div>

    Hi huzaifa zahoor,

I think it is not issue of load time. Server response 500 means something wrong with application. So please check log file to get sub status code and check detailed errors in Error Page module to get error message.

    Best regards,

Hi. Actually, if I check it on a development server. It gives no error. Everything works fine and an error message is just

    "500 - Internal server error.

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed."

    Hi huzaifa zahoor,

You need to check log file for sub status code. Log files are in C:\inetpub\logs\LogFiles.

    Best regards,
