Hello. I decided to ask for advice and want to get advice on the following issue: I do not get the Ssl certificate ordered. And it does not work correctly to issue a request for a certificate. Tell me how to fix the error in the SSL certificate generator. When requesting a certificate, the system generates a request for the sha 1 Protocol, when sending a request to the Registrar for a certificate, the sha 2 Protocol is required. If you order the formation of this code on storonih sites, errors occur in the addition of the server security key and certificate. In this case, the request file is not on the server. I have iis 8 on the Server 2012 R2 system

And it does not work correctly to issue a request for a certificate.

Use tools from a real CA to create such requests please.  Most CAs have their documentation and special tools such as https://www.digicert.com/util/csr-creation-microsoft-servers-using-digicert-utility.htm
