    Hi guys,

I am trying to download heliconzoo from Web Platform Installer 5.1 but im getting the error.

"We're sorry. The following products have failed to install.
    Helicon Zoo Module
This product did not download successfully: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden."

Ive also tried to download from direct link and it still doesn't work.

    http://www.helicontech.com/zoo/feed-676-41978ff362cf-201502050530950000/installers/HeliconZooModule/heliconzoo_0538_x64.msi

Just wondering if there is something wrong with the link to download?

    Thanks,

    Ninh

    Hi,

Make sure that your internet is not blocking the connection.

    Which os you are using?

You could try to use the web platform installer command-line tool.

    run command prompt as administrator.

run below command navigating to web platform installer folder:

    cd "C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Web Platform Installer"
    webpicmd.exe /List /ListOption:All /Feeds:http://www.helicontech.com/zoo/feed.xml > products.txt

list of all Hosting Packages with their internal names currently available.

run the following command to create an offline copy of Ruby Hosting Package product and all it’s possible dependencies:

    WebpiCmd.exe /offline /Products:RubyHostingPackage /Path:C:\offline-package /Feeds:http://www.helicontech.com/zoo/feed.xml
    WebpiCmd.exe /install /Products:RubyHostingPackage /XML:C:\offline-package\feeds\latest\webproductlist.xml /Feeds:C:\offline-package\feeds\latest\supplementalfeeds\feed.xml /AcceptEula

This will install Ruby Hosting Package without internet access required.

You could refer this below links for more detail.

    Hi Jalpa,

Thank you so much for your time im on windows 7 enterprise 64-bit

I have tried to perform the offline download/install as suggested and still getting the error.

One thing that I am not sure is it tried to down load heliconzoo_0538_x86.msi'.  instead of heliconzoo_0538_x64.msi'.

    Any help would greatly appreciated.

Disable antivirus and firewall and try to down the file.

make sure your internet is working correctly.

clear the web platform installer cache from below location.

    C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Web Platform Installer\installers
