New/duplicate URL Rewrite is not working

I have two server farms with a unique server in each farm, and a (what I believe) duplicate URL Rewrite rule.
URLRewriteB/FarmB/ServerB does not work.
URLRewriteA/FarmA/ServerB works (I added ServerB to FarmA).
So I know ServerB is working.
URLRewriteB/FarmA/ServerA does not work.
So that seems to point to URLRewriteB rule?
I have gone through the 'URL Rewrite' and Farm properties for both URLRewriteA/FarmA and URLRewriteB/FarmB. and they are identical, I even looked in the applicationhost.config files and they are identical.
I am stumped as to what else I can check?

I found the problem...Bindings! In searching the applicationhost.config file, I saw a section about URLRewriteA/FarmA's bindings and URLRewriteB/FarmB's server didn't have any bindings. So I added the binding for the server in FarmB...and it worked!
Hopefully somebody else can use this information if they run into the same problem.
