I want to check if IIS server logs the event whenever dynamicCompression is disabled when CPU usage > 90%.
We have done a load test and observed that total bytes received counter on load generator was flat right after when CPU utilization on IIS is below 50% or so.
I have checked the event logs to see if enabling/disabling of dynamic compression feature is logged somewhere.
I wanted to confirm if this flat line on total bytes received counter is due to compressed content being sent by IIS whenever it compresses.

iis does not log if dynamic compression is disabled. event log shows event when you change something in applicationhost.config level setting or it also log when you change setting iis site or application pool will restart on the changes.
