Is there an easy way to migrate from a python-based web server to IIS 6?

IIS 6 is long dead, so asking such a question means you are looking for a hard way, not easy way.

If you want to move a site from one server to another server you can use a hard drive or other option. and with which iis you want to bind python site, iis 6 or 8?

what I need to do is move a site from a python web server to IIS 8. The site is compiled using python and needs to stay in that language.

As I mentioned you can move your python site manually, to configure python site in iis you could follow the below steps:
On the Select Features page, click Next.
On the Confirm installation selections page, click Install.
On the Results page, click Close.
Not Select your site or application from the server node and select the handler mapping feature from the feature view.
