I'm for help with IIS configuration. I've got installed on server Confluence wiki page. With a portal was installed also ApacheHttp Proxy. The same portal is available in LAN for everyone under "http://IPaddress:8090". Colleague added for me dns record to
use it instead ip address "http://wiki.mycompany.com", but he told me he cannot setup this dns to redirect me to specific port (which is 8090 here). He adviced me to install IIS on this server and redirect it here. I did it. IIS is working, when I put "http://IPAddress"
IIS default page is shown. Can somebody advice me where should I configure redirection from "http://IPAddress" to "http://IPAddress:8090" in ISS? I tried to use Bindings option in Actions pane, but when I put there 8090 port, default IIS page has stopped and
cannot be started again because I get info "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.". Probably it's meaning that ApacheHttp Proxy is already using this port 8090.
Can somebody help with this? Many thanks in advance!

That's what reverse proxying does, https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/iis/extensions/url-rewrite-module/reverse-proxy-with-url-rewrite-v2-and-application-request-routing

As you says, if 8090 has already been used by another port. We couldn't rebind the port in the IIS.
Normally, we will disable one process.
More details about how to show the port status and disable the processes, you could refer to below article.
If you want to make both two websites work well, you could choose use IIS load-balance as lextm says.
