is there any way to be used to limit a website - that is configured for directory browsing - usernames (windows basic authentication) to be used by just one person simultaneously, means that any other persons can not login by the username that someone is

When you are using windows authentication and the browser prompt you to enter account information, you are not logining in the site. It is the browser are collecting the account information and every time you send a request, the browser will add the account
information in the request to pass authentication.
Accurate to say, you are not keeping connecting to the site but send your information every time you request content. The connection is momentary and as far as I know, you could not prevent other people use the same account to send request since the original
connection is over.
