    Hi Neokid2416,

You had mentioned that,"my cpu always working with 100%. Is that necessary to reinstall ? "

Is it caused by IIS or your cpu also work at 100 % without using IIS?

Generally, background processes are running on machines.

If you are not running or using those processes then you can try to 'end' those processes.

Which can help you to free up some CPU and memory.

Generally anti virus applications, malware bites and some other processes runs continuously cause high CPU usage.

So you can try to check it and let me know whether IIS cause this issue or some other processes cause this issue.

Also let me know which OS you are using currently.

If you think that IIS cause the high CPU usage then I suggest you to refer articles below may help you to solve your issue.
