I have a windows 2003 server with IIS 6.0 with an application pool for a Crystal report server, Business Objects XI.
After the server changed for DST, when I am remote onto the server, and view the times a report has run/scheduled, it is the correct time. When I connect from another machine through a browser to the Crystal report server page, all the times of the same
reports are one hour behind. It appears IIS did not change for DST even though the server did.
How do I change the application pool to adjust for DST?
My users are impacted since all of their reports are emailed one hour early creating other issues.

You should ping Crystal Reports vendor for support.
IIS itself is a Windows service, which should run in UTC. All web apps upon it should themselves decide which time zone to use (which is typically a browser side setting for ASP.NET and PHP). Thus, if Crystal Reports need some special settings, only the
vendor can provide you support.
