I saw in the IIS log two different log information, respectively, as follow：
1，CWD - 250 0 0 8adfb5c9-8e82-4d36-89b2-cb91006e2239 /
MKD procution 550 5 2 8adfb5c9-8e82-4d36-89b2-cb91006e2239 /procution
CWD procution 550 2 3 8adfb5c9-8e82-4d36-89b2-cb91006e2239 /procution
MKD home 550 5 2 8adfb5c9-8e82-4d36-89b2-cb91006e2239
CWD home 550 2 3 8adfb5c9-8e82-4d36-89b2-cb91006e2239 /home
2，CWD - 250 0 0 9ff9cc9b-f69b-484c-ae27-99546f5bc945 /
MKD procution 550 183 3 9ff9cc9b-f69b-484c-ae27-99546f5bc945
CWD procution 250 0 0 9ff9cc9b-f69b-484c-ae27-99546f5bc945
MKD home 550 183 3 9ff9cc9b-f69b-484c-ae27-99546f5bc945
/ procution / home
CWD home 250 0 0 9ff9cc9b-f69b-484c-ae27-99546f5bc945
/ procution / home
The main difference is that the CWD Homepage 550 2 3 8adfb5c9-8e82-4d36-89b2-cb91006e2239 /home has become CWD Homepage 250 0 0 9ff9cc9b-f69b-484c-ae27-99546f5bc945 /procution/home.
What does 550 2 3，250 0 0 mean? Why /home
become /procution/home.? Thank you!

The RFC959 explain every thing. 550 means request action not taken. like file not found or no permission to access.
250 means request file action OK, complete.
Why /home become /procution/home.? Thank you!
/home should be the cs-uri-stem which log the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) that is the target of the action. It should be related to the URL which you are trying to access. /production/home should be the
x-fullpath which Logs the full relative path from the FTP root directory for the target of the action. I think it should related to the physical path. So I think if you were trying to access the virtual directory with name "home" mapped to /production/home,
it could display the log like that.

thank you for your reply。Also, I would like to ask if there is a log record of this event report when we do FTP setting. thank you！

I'm afraid there is no configuration to log the event in IIS FTP.
