New redirect format in IIS7.5?

A couple of months ago, I noted that some of my Classic ASP apps are redirecting in a strange way. Where as previously a file would redirect from
default.asp to page.asp (assuming the user was logged in - using a cookie), now, there redirect looks like
domain.com/page.asp,page.asp which of course throws a 404 error, because that "page" does not exist.
The redirects are usually done by using a Response.Redirect.
Is this a new config that needs to be done to prevent to change this redirect format?

What if use the full URL like http://..... Maybe there is something wrong with your response.redirect code. IIS itself should not effect the redirect while you were not using URL rewrite module or http redirect. Of course, you could try to clean the browser
cache. Maybe there is something wrong with the 301 redirect.

This is what is happening: user goes to site.com/page/ticket_entry.asp
where firstly, i check if we have a cookie.
If not, then i forwards to default.asp where the user is requested to login:
if currentUserID = 0 then
set conn = nothing
see here what the error page looks like, note the weird URL format - which is obviously causing the 404 error:
