Our IIS seems to serve all images that are above 100-200kb corrupted. Even if a ZIP file contains an image file, the ZIP file is served corrupted. The served image is always slightly bigger then the orriginal image in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\.
Dynamic and Static Compression is disabled.
The problem also occurs, if I just open http://localhost on the server.
Have you seen something like this before? What could cause this?

What kind of corrupt? You mean the image broken or the image size changed? If you think the image size is incorrect, you'd better check the web browser view competitive. Just try different web browsers.
However, if you mean IIS will break the image, Please check the system and network issue.
In addition, just ensure the static content feature has been installed. If the steps above is not working, maybe you could try to reinstall IIS.
