Microsoft Universal Smooth Streaming Client SDK + playerframework

Hi, I installed the SDK(V 1.0.161101) and tried to play a live smoothstreaming with 3 hours time-shift using
playerframework(18.104.22.168) on my Window 10 UWP app. It was found that it will stuck on loading state if no buffer for playback and never resume even up to 5 mins buffer was ready. Such case found on both mobile
and PC. On mobile device, the player will also hang if seektolive() get called after media_opened. Any suggestion?

I'm sorry that maybe IIS forum is not the right place to support the player framework& smooth streaming client sdk. Playerframework has it's own website. Maybe you could post your issue here:
In IIS smooth streaming, We use DVR duration to control the resume pause. I think you could check whether there's something wrong with your code .

Btw, I got an interesting observation that on the PC which is using SDK(V 1.0.160325). When I use this version of SDK to build the source and run on mobile device. Player default start on the live position after mediaOpened. That mean no need
to call seekAsync() or seekToLive() to seek to live position.
When I build with SDK(V 1.0.161101) and run on mobile device, Player default start on 0 position (time shifted to 3 hours before in my case).
Where I can feedback such case to the SDK developer? Please help. Thank you very much!
