    Hi,

According to the error message above, it seems that this issue is related to Windows 7 updates. So I'd like to suggest you to download and install Windows 7 updates, and reinstall it again, and check whether it can fix it. More information: Install Windows updates in Windows 7

Please let me know if you need any help.
