That is correct, usually free services don't allow something like that. Someone might know of a service that does it free. Personally, I would spend a few bucks more and get a static ip address and a business account from a cable or dsl provider. Depending
on your traffic load, hosting something yourself is efficient. I did it for years and REALLY enjoyed the complete control over my stuff. Usually static plans start around 50 - 60 for 1.5 down, 384 up. I paid 90 / month for 3 gb down, 768 up. It was DSL.
That is my opinion anyways.

Zonedit is another good one. They offer you five zones free.
