Do you see the errors for all the requests? Is
http://188.8.131.52/phpinfo.php getting served as static content and not by fastcgi handler?

Seems like problem is in your php code and not in fastcgi handler. You need to get in touch with application developer of /phpadmin.

I tried requesting http://rescosolutions.com/phpadmin/ and got the error you are getting. Error code 0xc0000005 indicates php process is generating access violation exception. I wouldn't think php
core engine is generating the exception but it is possible that some php extension is. php_apc is one extension which doesn't work well on windows. You can check your event logs to see if there is some information on these AVs. Else you can try debugging the
error using steps as outlined
