How can I get rid of "The site does not have a secure binding (HTTPS) and cannot accept SSL connections" message using Self-Signed certificate?

If I cannot then please let me know how to enable SSL in IIS 7.0.

    Thank you

Import your self-signed certificate into your local computer, that should be one way I believe.  I've not personally tried it.  Here is a article how to setup ssl on IIS 7.
