    Access denied Service stop

    Hi

We had a CGI that would restart a Service with logged on User permission. I have put the Security Group from that User with stop and start permission for that service. When we restart the service with command it function, only from the website we have an "Access denied", the log contain "401 2 5".

    Have everyone any ideas?

    Cheers, checco

Dont think that will solve the problem ... Did you try Basic Authentication? However on production, I advice you use basic auth over SSL....

AFAIK, Integrated Auth will not work over proxy...

same problem, I see on the server the environment (REMOTE_USER / AUTH_USER = domain\xxx) is right. I tried to put the User who connect in the local administrators, then it will function well.
