Hi again, Regarding your remarks. 1.I use detail errors 2.WHERE ARE the global modules and in the modules section no i do not see a freb module,only a FailedRequestTracingModule 3.I HAVE created a rule that captures the error.(Under DEFAULT WEBSITE) What can i do to rectify the situation? ISAPI dll - no access to shared memory semaphores or files

Static files (images, htm, css, js) not rendering

I have IIS 7 installed on Vista Business. Dynamic aspx content executes and renders just fine, but browsing static files such as images and even the default localhost\iisstart.htm (and within web applications that whose dynamic content renders!) just return an empty page without any errors displayed...
