  • Is there a simple way to make iis7 work in Vista, because it just doesn't work! Has anyone ever made it work? Why can't I?

  • I can't get VISTA Ultimate and IIS7 to work! I get - HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

    I got IIS Installed and seemingly running (after i screwed it up and had to reinstall Vista) and I set the most obvious things but but now when I go to http://127.0.0.1/iisstart.htm , or any ASP page in wwwroot get the following freaky error: Service Unavailable HTTP Error 503.     I am now able to view data in an ASP page after changing the permission for Authenticated Users that I found here http://forums.iis.net/thread/1422841.aspx .
