Localhost works..Im looking at no-ip.com now. It seems a little confusing. This is the first time I have ever tried to serve something from my own computer.

I have a security certificate for iis 5.1 My users still cannot connect

oAnswers.blockUserEnabled = true; I have obtained a security certificate and have it installed. My users are still getting a "page cannot be displayed" error message. I have added exceptions to my firewall for"htp" and "https". can someone help me?
