subdirectory named write weirdness

IIS 7 , 2008 Server RC If I create a subdirectory called "write" anywhere and and choose edit permissions in IIS Manager I get the permissions for C:\Program Files\Windows NT\Accessories\wordpad.exe I haven't found this quirk mentioned anywhere. Huh?

Problem in IIS 7 Security

I don't no why I cannot give a open web site in local IIS in visual studio 2005. help me to correct this. I have already added user to administrator group but give this error.
