Hi, I am experiencing an issue where WPI hangs, not even getting to the point where the product list is downloaded. When I run WPI I get the progress bar with 'please wait while we load the latest web platform products' message. This just sits there indefinitely (I have left it running overnight...

During installation I get this error: Unable to download the Web Platform product list from https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=142915. Check your network connection and try again. My internet connection is going through a proxy which is configured in Internet Explorer proxy settings.
