IIS 5 and ASP Crashes everymorning....Please help

IIS 5 and ASP application crashes every day since last 2 weeks, haven't been able to figure out the reason for it. Just a light over it, upon crashing IIS still shows static files which helps understand that the IIS is working fine except that it cannot interpret ASP. There is a major memory leak...

SQL Server connection

We are using a dedicated Windows 2003 machine running IIS 6.0 and SQL Server 2005 (on the same machine). Our code is Classic ASP and recently our server became unresponsive during busy hours where only about 50 requests would execute (with long delay) and the rest would time out. Memory leak with W3WP.EXE

We are running a web portal which uses lot of xml/xsl files for rendering web pages. After loading these files we found that the memory consumption of the IIS 6.0 process ( w3wp.exe ) is increasing. This keeps on increasing as we load more and more XML documents. But the problem is that it is not releasing...
