  • Where are the log names?

I cannot seem to find where the log names are located for each respective log folder. For example, in previous versions of IIS you could view the properties of the web, click properties under logging, and under "log file name" it would show you what IIS named that particular log folder. (W3SVC2398347389...

  • ODBC logging - processingtime = 0ms

We are currently using ODBC logging on a variety of machines, they are all using the same database. For some odd reason all the entries from our 2008 Server / IIS7 shows a processingtime of 0, the other servers show a number worth doing stats on. I find it hard to believe that we do not have a single...

  • Can requests appear to come from the original client?

In the proxy settings of a server farm there is the option to preserve the client IP in a custom header. My question is can requests appear to come from the original client? The reason I would like this functionality is because we have log parsers that have already been set up to run reports on each...
