I setup ftp server in IIS in my W2K3 server. When I ftp a file with Chinese filename to the server, using ftp command in Vista, the filename in W2K3 is incorrect. When I put a file with Chinese name in W2K3 ftp folder, the filename is incorrect in dir command, in ftp on Vista. Is it a client problem...
