  • How to install iis 7.0

    I had new vista home basic laptop...i need tp install iis 7.0 but i dono how to do it also then only i can locally web share my .net application for acessing it in localhoat can anyone pls help me??

    You have All users, it is a system folder, uncheck: "Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)" in folder options or just type the folder's path in the address bar directly: "C:\Users\All Users\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys"

    DanielVL, Hi there, I have the exact same problem, I did install and uninstall IIS7 few time, although it takes forever, I always get list of errors and basically only the ftp installs the rest of the features in installing IIS fails.     Hi Liam, This may be a known issue, Could you post the %SystemRoot%\iis7.log file? As a possible workaround, I would ask you to uninstall the Windows Process Activation Services (WAS or WPAS) before trying to reinstall IIS. Thanks for your help.
