I can't seem to find the BITS Server Extensions for IIS7.0 on Vista Ultimate using the Turn Windows Features On/Off in the Control Panel. Is there a separate download for Vista to enable BITS on IIS7.0? Or am I just not looking in the correct location.

Fresh installed Vista Ultimate with SP1 and all patches untill this date. UAC turned off and logged on as local administrator account.
