  • Web Site not running under account assigned in MACHINE.CONFIG

    I have a domain controller that was originally running on Windows 2000 and the MACHINE.CONFIG file specified a Domain Account (instead of ASPNET) when running IIS. This server has been upgraded to a a Windows 2003 Server (with SP1) and the MACHINE.CONFIG file still points to the same Domain Account....

    I would like to know if there's any direction eg. documents or anything that gives an idea of how ACL permissions are to be set up on files, folders, aspx pages and dlls in IIS 6.
