This far, I have not been able to find any code that allows me to edit any of the Properties. All I see only allows me to create a new Virtual Server. Does anybody have any ideas...

Hi all, I am a newbie to IIS and the forum so pls be gentle. We have a situation where end users have been accessing one of our services (the Sakai CLE LMS/CMS) by directly entering the IP address. Unfortunately this has allowed users to create content that is inaccessible to off-site external users...
